When you are sending items of value or importance within Australia or internationally, Registered Post gives you an added level of security.

Benefits of using Registered Post

Registered Post gives you:

• proof that the article was sent when lodged at the post office counter
• proof that the article was received - a signature is obtained on delivery
• compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery
• the ability to send bank notes and coins to a maximum face value of $200. These items can not be sent using any other Australia Post service.

Optional services (additional fees apply):

• Delivery confirmation - a card is returned to you with the recipient's signature.
• Person-to-person delivery* - your mail will be delivered to the addressee (only available within Australia).
• Extra cover up to $5,000 (only available within Australia).
