Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY TERMS
Orders are downloaded from the internet at 8:00am each week day morning, except for public holidays. We endeavour to pack and post your order that same day. Australia Post is the mode of transport for deliveries. In the event of a product being out of stock the order will be posted minus the "out of stock" item/s - there is no back-ordering unless under special circumstances.

POSTAGE RATES FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post is used for all our deliveries within Australia. Delivery charges will be as stated unless your parcel is over the recommended weight limit for pricing. If this is the case you will be notified. We unfortunately do not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels so if you wish you may take insurance out on your parcel, we can organise this for you. Please let us know if you wish to do so. Most people will choose registered post, this means your order has to be signed for & not left at your front door step.

DISCLAIMER: Orders Within Australia are allocated per State for shipping as indicated in check out. When we process your order we will calculate actual shipping costs for ANY HEAVY ITEMS and you will be notified. This means if your order is over the weight for the State postage charge you will be notified. Please do not send any money until we have formulated your order.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
Rates for countries other than Australia will be based on weight and a price will be submitted prior to processing the order. You will be contacted with the postage rate.

MINIMUM ORDER CHARGE
Please note the minium order for credit cards is $10.00. However we recommend one purchase goods to the value of $20.00 or more (excluding postage) so the percentage of postage is not greater to that of goods.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following credit cards Visa Card and Mastercard. We also accept PayPal, Cheques and Money Orders and Direct Deposit into our Westpac Account. Orders will be sent out once your cheque has cleared (usually 5 working days).

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase please notify us within 5 days of receipt to organise a refund, credit or exchange. You are responsible for the postage costs on all returns with the exception of damaged products. Refunds or replacement will be given for damaged products only. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and may not be returned without prior authorisation. To obtain an authorisation number please phone (03) 9758 0300 or email info@scrapbookmegastore.com.au. Once the number has been disclosed, goods can then be returned to PO Box 8154, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.
